Chef Carl Dyson
Our founder, Chef Carl Dyson, is deeply passionate about preparing food that brings people together and food experiences that perfectly accents people’s memorable occasions. He is a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and has been feeding the greater DC Metropolitan Area through Jody’s Place Cafe for over ten years.
